Return Policy
- Customers are required to return the rented Pakistani bridal dress on the agreed-upon date established with our sales team of Bridal Dress Rental at the time of booking.
- Any delays in returning the luxry ensemble must be communicated to our team immediately. Failure to do so may result in a late fee and other consiquences.
- The couture should be returned in the same condition in which it was rented. This includes no significant damage, stains, or missing embellishments (zari, kora, dabka, etc.).
- Prior to return, please ensure all included accessories (if any) are also returned. Missing items may incur additional charges.
- For dresses returned damaged beyond repair, the customer may be held responsible for repair or full replacement costs as determined by the team.
- Refundable security deposits will only be processed after the dress has been inspected and approved by our team.
- We recommend keeping the original dress packaging intact for return to ensure safe handling.
